In 1998, Dr. Anuradha established GeneTech as India’s first independent medical genetics center that offered comprehensive genetic testing with counseling. Under her leadership GeneTech continues to produce groundbreaking innovations in the field of Reproductive Medicine and Fertility Medicine.

Chief Executive Officer
Srinivas Udumudi is a co-founder of GeneTech, a 27-year old genetics and genomics testing services organization based out of Hyderabad. As Chief Executive Officer at GeneTech since 2017, he is instrumental in GeneTech’s IT related IP development, day to day operations, strategic tie-ups & investments.
Srinivas has an MS in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from Massachusetts, USA. Over 25 years of experience in the industry starting as a Sofwtare Architect at various US organisations. He established multiple software firms and developed solutions for Telecom, Networking, Aerospace, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Agri/Seed industries.
He has multiple patents to his credit. He designed and implemented the software platform for India's first Prenatal Screening program launched in year 2000. In 2019, he developed GeneTech's software platform for Personal Genomics reporting from Axiom APMRA Microarray, and later NGS based Pharmacogenomics solution. More recently, he developed a plugin for Thermofisher AgriSeq platform for Animal Genetics. He is also responsible for building GeneTech's well-known AI based software platform for Genomic Analysis for Comprehensive Genomics Fertility Analysis.
